We offer a free quote repair service. You will be provided with a label that includes the order reference number and our shop address. The package must have this label visible on the outside of the package.
You package and send the controller, keypad or heater to us at your cost. You need to insure and track the shipment as it is your responsibility.
Once we receive your items we bench test and analyse them. We will then provide you with a quote. If you accept the quote we will take payment and update your order and send you a copy of the invoice. If you do not want us to proceed with the repair we will dispose of the unit or send it back to you at your cost.
