How can I transport my spa?

We recommend using an experienced spa removalist to transport your spa. If you choose to transport your spa yourself, a standard-sized trailer or ute may be suitable.

However, please bear in mind that our portable spas weigh up to 400kg. A swim spa will require a large truck. Please consult with our Customer Service Team via online chat for information on local delivery contractors.

How can I safely store and transport my new spa?

  1. You must keep the spa out of direct sunlight during storage and transportation.
  2. The spa must be transported without water, wrapped or unwrapped excess heat will cause damage to the spa, which will not be covered under the terms of our warranty.
  3. Once the spa is in position, fill with water as soon as possible.
Please note: If for some reason you are unable to fill the spa with water immediately, you will need to remove the entire packaging and fit the cover to help insulate the shell from heat.
