I need a replacement spa heater - what information do you need?

What information do you need to match my heater?

To help us determine the type of heater you wish to source, we require the following information about your existing heater:
  1. The kilowatt rating of the heater
  2. A photo of the heater
  3. Do you require a heater or only the heating element?
  4. Does your heater plug in or is it hard wired?
  5. What brand of spa do you have?

Do you sell separate heater sensors?

Generally, if your heater sensor is not working you will need to replace the heating element also. Please refer to the Heater section on our website or contact our customer service team.
