What if I need a crane or Hiab for my spa delivery?
All swim spa (and some spa) deliveries require the use of a crane or Hiab.
For example:
- If access is difficult, a crane may be required.
- If you have ordered a swim spa – a crane will be required.
- If this is the case with your delivery then, unless otherwise noted on your sales order; you will be responsible for the hiring, organizing and cost of the crane or hiab.

How much does a crane cost and who pays for it?
Cranes typically cost between $800 and $1200 but can cost much more depending on a number of variables. For example, some properties have large trees or power lines which can make the cost of using a crane much higher. The crane fee is paid for by the spa purchaser. Please discuss these options with your sales agent and our delivery team.
Will the delivery contractor dispose of the spa packaging?
We do not remove rubbish, the contractors should put the rubbish inside the bag the cover it comes in so it's easy to dispose of.
Do you inspect my site before delivery?
Please discuss all delivery options with your Spa World Concierge. They will contact you to discuss your delivery and can answer any questions you may have.
Your Spa World Concierge will also request a video from you showing the access to your property – your Property Access Video.
This video is important as it helps with our planning and lets us know if there are any hazards to be aware of, what the access is like, how much space there is for the spa and more.
