There might be cases when the SpaNet™ SV Mini controller may not operate as expected or display unusual characters or numbers on the touchpad LCD. Those cases may be caused by the corrupted software memory (EEPROM chip) within the controller.
When your SV Mini controller does not operate as expected, like when it cannot control the pumps, the blowers only working for a few seconds, or the displays are not working, you should try to reset the software (EEPROM chip) first before reporting an RMA fault. In most cases, an EEPROM reset will solve the problem.
