Blue and Red Lights on Touchpad

What do the blue and red light on my Vortex™ SpaNet™ touchpad mean?

Your SpaNet/Vortex touchpad will have four indicator LEDs on the left hand side. When it lights up RED, it means that it is working. When it is blue/off, it means that it is turned off.
