What information do you need to find a replacement for my jets?

What information do you need to find a replacement for my jets?

Jets are made from 2 pieces, the face/back and body. These parts must match for your jet to operate.

To help us determine the type of jet you wish to source, we require the following information:

  • A clear photo of your jet face front, back and body of jet
  • The measurement of the jet face

The Yellow arrow points to the jet face.

The Red arrow points to the jet back.

If we cannot find a match (eg if your jets are obsolete) then you will need to consider replacing the jet and the jet body. Replacing the jet body requires access to the underside of the shell so if it is a Spa Bath, you will need to check that it is realistic to access the underside easily.

If you can't access the back then we will need to know the size of the hole in the shell to know which size jets / bodies we are working with.
