How do I return my product?
For your items to be eligible for return, all parts must be unused, in new condition and still in it's original packaging. We offer free returns within 30days of purchase. (You must pay return freight, but we will refund your purchase price, less shipping charges).
Fill in a returns request form and we will review the request. If approved, we will send you a return address label with details on where your goods will be sent back to. You need to ensure this return label is clearly visible on the outside of your package or the warehouse may reject your package.
The shipment of your goods is your responsibility, so we recommend you insure and track the shipment and send us the tracking details so that we can track its return.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 10 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment or store credit. This credit will not include any original shipping charges.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from receiving the product to return it unless damaged in transport in which case we need to be notified with 7 days of delivery.
This excludes all non returnable items (spa covers or special orders.)
Can I return a wrong part?
Yes, your items are eligible for return within 30 days of you receiving your product. All parts must be unused, in new condition and still in it's original packaging.
How do you credit my returned product?
The credit can be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or applied to your SpaStore account to be used as store credit.
