How to enter Demo Mode on any SpaNet™ controller?

The purpose of Demo mode on any SpaNetâ„¢ controller is to allow for the display and demonstration of the spa's features and touchpad functions in a safe and controlled manner without the need for water.

This mode disables all the spa's relays, preventing the activation of pumps, blowers, and heaters, thereby avoiding potential damage to these components during a demonstration.

Additionally, the automatic light timeout feature is disabled, so the LED lights will stay on until they are switched off manually. The touchpad remains functional, and all settings menus can be accessed and adjusted, with changes being saved even when the power is turned off.

The Demo Mode is particularly useful for showcasing the spa to customers or configuring the system before it is fully operational and filled with water.

There are two methods for this. One is on the SpaNet Keypad which has buttons and the other is for the SmartTouch Display style TouchPad.

The steps for the SmartTouch, Touchpad are below the Keypad instructions. If you have a SmartTouch, touchpad, scroll down to those instructions.
