Spa Poppit® sanitiser (also known as Spa Poppits) is an excellent alternative to chlorine santiising in your spa. It uses concentrated hydrogen peroxide to sanitise your spa water, providing a completely chlorine-free spa experience.

Where can I buy Poppit® spa sanitiser?
Can I use Purezone™ filters in conjunction with Poppit® sanitiser?
Yes, purezone micron filters are compatible with the Poppit® chemical range.
Can I use any filter cleaner, If I am using Poppit® sanitiser?
No, you would need to use the Poppit® brand cartridge cleaner.
What are the benefits of using Poppit® Spa Complete?
- Prevents the build up undesirable contaminants in the spa or pool water
- Maintains the lowest possible levels of contaminants such as Phosphate, Algae and inorganic matter

What temperature should my water be when using Poppit® Quick Fix?
You can use Poppit® Quick Fix in cold or hot water, the temperature does not effect the chemical activation.
What is the difference between Poppit® Chlorine Free Sanitizer and Spa Store™ Chlorine Free Sanitiser?
Spa Store Sanitizer has a higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide than Poppit® sanitizer.

Can I use Poppit® pipe degreaser, if I don't use other Poppit® chemicals?
Yes you can, as the Poppit® pipe degreaser is compatible with all spa systems.
Can I use Poppit® Quick Fix Chlorine Free Spa Shock if I am using a chlorine or lithium based sanitiser?
No, Poppit® Spa Shock is only to be used with Hydrogen Peroxide based sanitisers.
Do I need to use Poppit® test strips with Poppit® chemicals?
Yes, as the Poppit® test strips are the only strips that test for hydrogen peroxide.
Do Poppit® test strips have an expiry date?
Poppit® test strips do not have an expiry date. We do suggest keeping them in a cool, dry place when you are not using them.
Why do I have a brown scum line after using Poppit® pipe degreaser ?
This will be residue from using the pipe degreaser. You could try using a bit more quick fix, but this should lessen over time.
Make sure bathers are having a shower before jumping in to the spa and not adding any oils, lotions or sunscreen.
Can I use anti foam in conjunction with a chlorine free chemical system?
Yes you can, our anti foam products are compatible with chlorine and non chlorine spas.
How do I raise the Alkalinity and PH level when using a chlorine free system?
Use Poppit® Spa Pool Water Balance:
- Raises Total Alkalinity and pH in your spa water.
- Raises Total Alkalinity up to 25ppm
- Maintain the pH within the suggested range of 7.2 - 7.6
- Regulates Total Alkalinity between 80 - 120 ppm
- Use 45 gms of Poppit® Water Balance per 1000 litre of water
