Why are my spa jets or pump surging?

You may have a surging pump if the water is being pumped out of the jets inconsistently or with interruptions. 

Pump surging may happen due to the following reasons: 
  1. Low water level
  2. Dirty filters
  3. Clogged debris in the pump or in the plumbing line
